Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays. During periods of high demand, product launches, or promotions, processing times may be extended.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a separate notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier but typically range from 3–7 business days after shipment for domestic orders.

Shipping Carriers
We work with trusted third-party carriers to deliver your orders. Carrier selection may vary based on location, service availability, and package size. Xavs Skin Co. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States. Orders shipped to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses may experience longer delivery times.
Wholesale Orders
Wholesale and bulk orders may require additional processing time due to order size and preparation requirements. Shipping timelines for wholesale orders will be communicated directly once the order is confirmed.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. Xavs Skin Co. is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an address error, additional shipping fees may apply.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and assist where possible.
Xavs Skin Co. is not responsible for stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
